- Sales tax is charged where applicable at checkout. The following States will be charged a State sales tax: Arizona and Colorado.

- Shipping: Orders are processed within 48 hours and please allow 10 business days for shipping. Shipping is sent via FedEx carrier.
- There is a 90 day warranty on the digital lock and locking mechanism. We will replace the lock and locking mechanism during the first three years of ownership for malfunction due to workmanship. You must contact us at 602-510-6003 for permission to return; and you must return lock and locking mechanism via FedEx.
- Claims: Western Sky is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in shipping. All claims must be noted at time of delivery. Upon shipping you will recieve a confirmation FedEx carrier tracking number via email. You can use this information to track your shipment directly from the FedEx website.
- Returns: All returns must include a return authorization by Western Sky Trading and must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. First you should contact us and explain your reason for return. We will either refund your money or replace your defective safe. Western Sky Trading will pay for the shipping costs of the return. All returns must be delivered via FedEx Express using our authorization return which will be provided to you by Western Sky Trading.
